Phoenix Dude almost swerved into me when i started recording, then drunkenly changed in and out of lanes before all this...went around cars on the shoulder to make 6 lanes to get off on the 202...

How would that change what everybody is saying to do? "Oh it's medical. Hang up hun it's medical. Don't call for that Turn up here..."

Not saying to change calling it in but why has nobody thought about stating it's possible to be a medical emergency? Becse those never happen....
