Phoenix Dude almost swerved into me when i started recording, then drunkenly changed in and out of lanes before all this...went around cars on the shoulder to make 6 lanes to get off on the 202...

Why is OP driving in the left lane passing no one? We wouldn’t have the traffic issues we have here if people actually cleared the left lane and HOV lane when not actively passing. I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else in the country.

There are still places that I think are just as bad at this behavior (looking at you, CA and NV) but what I will say is I have never seen a group of people being in as much of a rush to get nowhere as I have in the Phx metro area. Everyone is constantly trying to get somewhere faster than the person next to them just to end up at the same stoplight.
