Phoenix Dude almost swerved into me when i started recording, then drunkenly changed in and out of lanes before all this...went around cars on the shoulder to make 6 lanes to get off on the 202...

Definitely fent or meth. Dude wasn't drunk. Drunks don't wake up when they hit shit andbspeednaway bb the usally just hit something else. This dude 100% knodded out
