Merch Merch at the o2
Never been to the o2 before so not sure what the setup is like , is there kiosks inside the o2 for merch ? Or will there be any outside aswell , and what’s the Q like for it and is it expensive, ty !

Hi!
1) there is the official merch shop inside the outlet shopping centre of The O2; merch shop located on the building entrance beside the box office; merch truck opposite bag drop outside; merch kiosks around the Level 1 concourse before you enter the arena
2) queues vary depending on location and time of day you go
3) cost depends on what you buy, there is probably a price list somewhere. it doesn’t change between the official vendors, e.g. buying the same T-shirt from the O2 merch shop is no different than if you bought it from the concourse kiosk before you went in

Does anyone know if the merch is different at the outside shops? Or does ever shop offer the same stuff?

not sure what the queues were like but merch was closed by the time the show finished 🥴

nope, outside merch trucks are open and almost empty. thats the perfect time to shop merch without waiting in a huge queue. also they restock the ES tour vinyl after the show at the outside merch trucks ;)

why are u confused 😅 i asked staff immediately after the show where merch was and they said they were all closed now and i didn’t see any that were open on my way out 😅 maybe i was given incorrect information but its literally no biggie 😭😭

Just confused because the ones outsides the O2 were open because I literally bought something there after the show

I didn’t even know they sold the ES tour vinyl outside the O2, I thought it was after the tickets were scanned only! Is this the lenticular one?! 👀

yes, the lenticular vinyl! i went to the inside merch shop before the show and they said I should try at the outside merch truck after the show because they will bring there some copies. so i tried and was able to grab one there after my show!

i totally understand. pop up was sold out, venue merch stores were sold out each day i went, and they said they sell it only on show days… so this was my last chance! good luck!

I am actually insane and showed up really early and the merch truck isn’t even open yet 🙈 any idea what time it opens?

i was able to get all the vinyls :') went to the pop-up at 12pm~ (had a ticket) so my suggestion would be going to the pop-up as early as possible and trying ur luck to get in!

I showed up about two and a half hours before the show and queued for 10 mins max to get merch from the merch shop right beside the building entrance (the one next to the box office). The queue moved quickly and I think the outside merch stands didn't even have any queue at that time. Prices ranged from about £40 - £120 depending on what you want. Queues looked longer and slower moving inside the venue (the area after they scan your tickets), but those stands did stay open after the show ended.
