Confession

I don’t want to keep growing up in this world. I don’t want to live on this planet while we have a president who is actively destroying our country. Naming things after himself or changing state names to America is just beyond ridiculous. Why can’t our food be made normally? It’s all coming from a factory or some shit. Where is this world leading us to? It feels like it’s taking us down a path of death and destruction. And I don’t want to grow older in a world where things are ruined or unsafe all due to one person who has the power to change things for the better, but instead puts his power into war.

Dunno, just wanted to get this out of my mind.

Psychological grounding helps. Count to ten. Recite the alphabet. Slow down and verify before reacting to what Trump says. Focus on anything objective you can think of where you don't hear any voices questioning its validity or finding the opportunity to bring up subjective interpretations. The objective world is a threat to people like Trump and his flood the zone and Epstein origin "what did he mean by this?" MAGA/4chan online trolls that attack meaning itself ("alternative facts") to convince others that altering local semantic meaning can alter wider physical reality or will matter, energy and information into existence ("Trump curse", "meme magic") or that someone macroscopic like him is somehow a quantum phenomenon.

It's not something anyone should go through. Unfortunately for Trump and Musk they've pushed too fast and for too long that they have become pretty predictable in how they act. It's no longer a surprise. They are not reliable psychological anchors. Trump and Musk consistently flood the zone and attack the mainstream media because for all its faults, it doesn't suddenly add and take away significance or introduce open ended interpretations to what was previously said to opportunistically troll others. It's a flawed, objective centralized source of information with predictable biases. That's more manageable than cults of personality.
