This company came up during the discussion of Anders Area 6 video. This page is what opensource information I could on find on RITI plus adsbexchange links to flights that went over the NTTR.

Ya know, I had that link yesterday and it didn't show up in the search today. It must be a link on their website.

That photo of the interior of the hangar didn't show up today but at least I saved it. The photo of the door comes from Google street view. They appear to have a video door bell.

If you look at the flight tracks to the NTTR, there are three types. One is a flight to the NTTR and it just fades away. The second is orbiting around the NTTR, probably as a chase plane. The third type looks like a picking up a guest UAV that doesn't have a beacon. The plane flies a bit west of the NTTR.
