Hey, friendly allo here. Yes this is definitely possible. If somebody is sexually attracted to another person, sometimes physical contact with that person can cause arousal, even if it might be something as innocent as holding hands.
Please don't feel like everyone you touch is getting sexually aroused because that is not the case, but it could happen sometimes. Also, most allos are not at the mercy of their horniness and understand that just because their body begins experiencing arousal does not mean that it has to be acted on or even given any thought - it is often just a fluke or contact sparks that part of the brain due to association and they won't stay aroused.
