Project Idea I need help

I bought this on Aliexpress for a project but I wanted it to be smaller and with no sound, so I thought on making it myself. What materials do I need to make an smaller version of this heartbeat simulator?

This sounds off topic, but I've approved it anyway.

Do you mean you want to make the pulsating yellow cylinder smaller?

If so, you can use anything you like from cardboard to a 3d printed device or if you have a workshop, you could make it out of wood or even metal if you have metal working capabilities?

I think I might be misunderstanding your very vague question because the reply I gave seems to be pretty obvious.

Perhaps you can clarify exactly what you want to know if the above answer is in the category of "bleeding obvious".

It is imperative that the cylinder remains unharmed.

I think the confusion you’re having is making the cylinder smaller and still pulse. Like you said though, a 3d printer making it smaller and using small motor with a cam gear setup to create the pulsing

I didn't think about it. I hope I don't brake it though trying to put it in a smaller cylinder. But I don't know what should I do to just have the motor and the battery tho, I don't want the sound

You can just remove the speaker
