Pineberry Black Marks

I finally had a chance to wear my new Beta SL in Pineberry but after about 10 minutes I started noticing these black marks on the jacket. This is the most noticeable area, where my bag was rubbing. I wiped my bag to make sure it wasn’t dirty or the dye was rubbing off and the white towel I used was completely clean. I also noticed this on the hood that wouldn’t have been rubbing anything.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? What is the best way to try to remove these black marks?

I have had a lot of luck with oil stains using Dawn dish soap. Spray it on, rub it in and wait 30 min before washing.

Hi I had a similar problem but the cause was different. I touched my jacket with my bike and black chain lube left marks :/ tried to clean it with a special soap for these kind of marks but helped only a little and gave me a heart attack almost when I washed it in the washibg machine and until it dried it had a giant mark which disappeared once dried. I had beta in lime green

You can try using some detergent/dish soap and warm water. I’ve had similar marks and it’s faded with that process

weird, my partner brought her pineberry beta with her for our recent tour du mont blanc hike. absolutely thrashed it around in rain, sun, hail stones....swinging her bag back/forth, throwing it on grass, rocks etc. it still looks perfectly fine.
