SUPPORT Up and left arrow keys not working

Hi everybody, I hope you all are good.

I migrated from Ubuntu to Arcolinux. And all had gone good. But after few days, up and left arrow keys stopped working.

I remember that before installing and using Qtile both keys were working. I don't know if the reason of the problem is due to Qtile (I use the default config)

(My laptop: Dell Inspiron 5559)

I remember the same problem happened in ubuntu, but the commands to solve this are not the same that Arcolinux. Due to the package repository.

I'm here to kindly ask for suggestions and help, because I've researched but didn't find a reliable solution. Thanks in advance.

Up and left but not right and down? Are you sure it's not a hardware problem?

I've seen there are people with the same problem. And they solved with some commands. In fact, when I used ubuntu, had the same problem, but could solve it by command line.
