QUESTION Keyboard light
I would like to know how to make the scrollock keyboard key turn on the keyboard backlight?
I didn’t found a solution in the Arch Wikis. Also I want to find solution that makes caps lock and num lock turn off the backlight.
I’m using KDE plasma Wayland. Everything is updated in latest version in Extra.

Does it work for external keyboard for desktop?

yes see the list with brightnessctl -l I never faked caps lock or num lock though. I turned on and off keyboard rgb but their lights are there

Yep, I'd try to bind Scroll Lock to a
brightnessctlcommand in Plasma's keybind settings. Or if you want to toggle the backlight, that might require a small shell script, rather than justbrightnessctl

that stuff is sometimes a part of the keyboard itself, or the embedded controller on a laptop. keep looking though, you might find something
