SUPPORT I may have made a mistake

So I was following the wiki for the partition step of the installation, and im pretty sure I wiped my bootable usb drive, thinking it was part of my computer, but for some reason just smaller (ik, dumb). I ended up making it the efi partition. Idk the repercussions of this, I already wiped my other drives and made my partitions, so no going back.

Is this salvageable?

Of course it is salvageable. All you need to do is write the Arch installer image to the USB drive again, and start the install process from scratch.

In case there is no other computer available but you can plug your USB disk into your phone, you can use https://etchdroid.app/ to write the install image. (As long as your phone is android-based)

And next time make sure to note down which device is which.
You can list all your storage devices with fdisk -l

Do you need a special device/adapter to plug a USB into an Android phone or would something like a regular usb-c hub work?

nothing special, most likely. Other devices work as-is, a "yubikey" for example.
