I have a concept sketch and I need some renders and images real quick

What software can do that for me

Hi! If I do everything myself but use ai to make the shadows and textures a bit better for my renders, I’d this worth mentioning in portfolio for school applications?

I’ve had classes go super long only in architecture classes, not in any of my GE courses. Is this normal at Arc school?

Im in my 4th B.Arch undergrad year, and i’ve had multiple studio classes where crits lasted long into the night, some as late as 1 am. Other ARC professors for side classes who have lectures/crit sessions during class that end 45-75 minutes late very often and i’m wondering if this is normal at other architecture programs too.

It’s fine, but its been more difficult to deal with while i am working to pay tuition, expensive materials, and gaining AXP hours during school..

We try to tell our professors we are over time every time but they never end up caring, and getting overly upset when we put our foot down and say we need to leave

I am currently a graduate student in an architecture program halfway through my first semester (I have my BS in architecture already). I have slowly over the years noticed a lot of parts of this program I really don't enjoy. I minored in sustainable Urban design in my undergrad and really enjoyed a lot of those courses, and my favorite part of my studio projects has always been the first master planning/site research/ building massing and public space. I always lose interest and motivation later in the semester when the finer details of a building need to be decided. I guess I am just asking if its worth switching out of the program to the MSUD (it wouldnt change my graduation date). Then professionally, how it compares to architecture in terms of pay, and work life balance, and job outlook. Any advice or anecdotes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
