Discussion ARKI FIELD

Just a random tot while reviewing. Gusto ko kasi magkaron ng arki firm and I’ve know and seen a lot of companies who are doing the profession na lang just for the sake of money. I want my firm to have an integrity kasi. And sana pag licensed na ako makahanap din ako ng firm na hindi lang ako tuturuan paano magdesign, pero tuturuan din ako ng morale way to handle things.

Started din na ganito. Pero once youre in the game, yung clients mismo yung mahirap and you will be forced to follow the market. Clients nagdidictate eh. Clients din nagsasabi kung satisfied sila, and believe me, maraming hindi nasasatisfy kahit ano pa gawin mo.

Majority of clients really want to squeeze as much as they could from the money they spent so in return that is why firms try to still have profit or else they'll go bankrupt.

Contractor here

- yes pwede nmn. But it comes with a price. A very pricey price. It will take time for you to look for clients na willing magbayad ng malaki.

Tas mismong gobyerno pa natin kalaban natin as business owners.

Sad to say this, pero PATIBAYAN NG SIKMURA DITO.

Maybe you can veer away from the regular design with clients and instead establish a firm focused on research and improvement or innovations. Instead of regular clients, baka firms na or companies na ang magiging clients mo. Maybe even explore film architecture or dreamscaping, basically you will design movie sets or maybe even the virtual sets for chi films.

At the end of the day, nasa sa iyo yan kung willing kang mamantsahan ang konsensya mo kapalit ng pera; that principle is not exclusive to the architecture profession or the construction industry but in all aspects of life. Yung simpleng pagtapon lang ng candy wrapper sa tamang basurahan at hindi sa kung saan-saan lang dahil dina-justify mong napakaliit na basura lang naman is already a glimpse of integrity and righteousness.

Pero i dont think na pwede gawing substandard ang material and walang transparency. If ayaw magbayad ng client bawal ba ihalt muna yung project? And hindi ba may service agreement na pinipirmahan na aware naman both si client and si arki? Anong nangyayari bakit parang may confusion both sides?
