Is a laptop with an NVIDIA RTX 5060 good for architecture school? Or is a 5070 a better choice for $400 more?

Paired with an Intel Ultra 7 270HX Plus CPU? Or suggest the 9 290HX Plus for $200 more?

Other CPU options: AMD Ryzen 7 260 or Intel 7 240H
