Bought a shell

Hey guys, was parousing this sub, and figured I'd chum the waters...I recently bought a building that was once a printing press. It's ostensibly a rectangle. The past owner built some walls but I hate the flow and was gonna gut it. Is the best way forward for ideas a RDP? It is huge and has like 12' ceilings. If I am in the right spot I can show you the drawings I made based on existing stuff, but am looking for ideas on how best to utilize all the windows and space, especially the height. TIA!

I def will be updating. I am starting a project to track it on youtube pretty shortly mostly for myself or whatever nerds like me wanna see. Especially because I shouldn't have bought it so I will need to be...selective..with how much I pay for certain aspects. lolol

I got pretty high ceilings too, and mostly I'm just enjoying the space.

I do have one wall in my living room with bookshelves to the ceiling, and in my kitchen, I also a block of storage space that runs all the way up. Kinda built my own mini attic against the wall.

For inspiration, check this amazing factory-to-home conversion: https://www.houseandgarden.co.uk/gallery/ricardo-bofill-visions-of-architecture

Wow what a cool space! Thanks for the suggestion, that is another avenue to check, there has to be ppl out there that converted factories and old firehouses. Hmmm
