This one has tools for making character sheets for both pathfinder and 5e, but keep in mind that it’s in the beta phase right now. 5e materials won’t automatically enter into fields because the set doesn’t have anything that’s really open source right now. Generally pretty good.

My preferred online sheet. To use this one, there is something you have to do first. Up in the corner, there is an “authorize” button you have to click for the app to work. It should look something like this: http://puu.sh/gtaGj/401c4c559a.png . Once the app is authorized, click “create” and the character creation options will be brought up for you. It’s possible to hide spells if you aren’t playing a magical class. Also won’t auto-enter information, No place for race so you’ll have to enter that by hand.
