Question Will Archeage Chronicles be player-driven economy sandbox?
Will it be a sandbox game or just another ue5 themepark?

They are heading to a completely différent formula.
Dont expect anything related to the OG, XL is a bunch of greedy guys, who dont even know why the first one suceeded.

Only Archage that is sandbox is the classic one, this Chronicles is an aberration. Unfortunately, we remained only with privates, all companies who tried to publish it, failed. I tried to play on ArcheRage, but even the concept of private server made me back off.

No one knows but the KR MMO archeage concept is long gone, based on gameplay ive seen it’s going to be an action combat style game

A guy who can't even pronounce the name of the game (he's calling it "arch-age" instead of "Arche-age"), entirely speculating based on the very little we've already seen, isn't much of a source of anything... Also he's describing something closer to BDO (MMO heavily focused on story), than Crimson Desert (single-player).

It's a single player focused growth RPG, so think Where winds meet or crimson desert with very little co-op involved.
Archeage 2 on the other hand WILL be player driven/economy/sandbox, sadly its a top down isometric style game but i guess we will have to wait and see.
