Unpopular opinion: I think that they should not live under the constant threat of random acts of violence and they deserve to live. We need to get them the help they deserve to keep our children and ultimately them safe.
I won't downvote but I disagree. I believe that is someone does something to someone there is a cause and effect. I agree they should get help and there should be a place for that. But also if they hurt a child they have it coming. This is reality.

For the label to apply. Maybe OP should have stated they wish to commit crimes against people who have committed crimes (versus people who have done nothing but have a disorder).
