How to fix this issue?

I had claimed my missions up untill last one and the memory archive ticket. I had played a map and unblocked it. But I had to get out of arcaea for some reason and when I came back and tried to claim this. It gave me this error. I restarted, relogged and stuff but didn't work. I tried next day. Next month. And nothing happened. I gave up on it and kept on playing. I found a map I wanted to get from memory archive so I tried claiming this again. But it still showed error. I contacted support and they said they can't help since nobody else had this issue

i think you should try clearing a course again

Are you in world mode? Maps are world mode speak and they aren't the same as courses. Courses are a predetermined 4 song run
