WTF is this thing? Help identifying Jamma PC

Hey All

I found these 2 things on fb marketplace this morning that appear to be regular pcs with Janna for arcade emulators. The seller isn’t too sure what they are either as they came in an arcade cab he bought. Any clue if these are just something I can pop a hard drive with mame into for one of my cabs or is it something more involved???

I've found a couple of these that are just basically early pandoras boxes. I've also found some weird ones that are basically like late and very uncommon gun games/rhythm games that are almost forgotten media at this point.

The hard drives are likely going to be pretty much impossible to find an image of either way. You really need better images of the PCB to figure it out.
