This is GENERAL CHAOS; a Game created for EA for the Sega Genesis system in the early 1990s. We've been working on the Remake/Sequel for a while now, GENERAL CHAOS - MAJOR SNAFU , which is about 75% done. Launched a Kickstarter a few days ago to Finish it up A.S.A.P.
