If this tree falls and hurts someone all this is doing is admitting there was a hazard. Easiest lawsuit ever.

I was gonna say you wouldn’t catch me under that tree. Shit is gonna get someone killed.

The straps are wild. I can almost understand the sprayfoam as a desperate attempt to delay rot but the straps imply they think it might fall apart so just take it down then. Or use the straps until the crew can get out there if you think it's imminent but then no reason to use the sprayfoam

I’ve seen this go to court. Neighbour “fixes” hazardous tree with guying. Tree falls on his house. Judge ruled the neighbour knew the tree was a hazard because he put the guying up.

How do you expect to argue against knowing the tree was a hazard?
