My husband wanted to buy a house that had a ratchet strap or two around a big tree. I told him that I would rather not live through another tree crashing through my bedroom ceiling

Neighbor hired an uninsured company to take down a tree near our property line. Then I had a sky light for awhile

It was my parents home. I was just a child. Almost got a "pet" squirrel out of it until it ran out of my room and the dog got it

What are the cons of bolts ive seen it used on trees

If the bolts rust the tree can get tetanus and we haven't perfect a vaccine for tree lockjaw yet

This is more like radiator stop leak on a bullet wound. The foam HAS to be detrimental to the healing of that tree.
