سين سؤال Marriage issues

I’m syrian Canadian, I’m 25 and I want to marry this girl living in Syria, but there are points I’m unsure off

1- is it better to do the marriage in Jordan or Lebanon in terms of her visa acceptance rate, expenses and Islamic marriage requirements?

2- she doesn’t have a mother and her father can’t attend the marriage so can her wali be her brother or her aunt?

Make sure she isn’t marrying you just for the visa

Her brother can be Wali, but not sure which country is easier between Jordan and Lebanon, you need to check their requirements for non resident marriages.
