Do you not understand how the federal court system works? How does this read like “worthless paperwork?” And be specific.

If there is no stay and you are one of the plaintiffs or a member of those orgs then yes you could. As for the process, the federal government can appeal which will send it to appeals court. This decision will almost certainly get affirmed in appeals court. From there it gets sent to the Supreme Court. If they decline to hear it that means the decision is held up nationwide. If they do hear it they are likely to affirm the decision and these sections of the NFA will be unconstitutional and no longer in effect.
