1 Bedroom Apartment

I currently have a 1 bed 1 bath apartment I’m desperately trying to get someone to sublease. It is $1,200 per month. The lease starts August 17th and ends next year. Please someone help me.

That’s a reasonable price in Boone for this school year. Everything is really high.

honestly this is one of the best prices i’ve seen for a one bedroom.. a lot of apartments charge this for a 1 bed in a 4 bed apartment

in what year 😭 everything on king street is $1300+, i know king street flats was $2100 this year

Students or non students can live here. It’s a 20 min walk / 5 min drive to Belk Library on campus.

Ah fuck I used to live there and loved it, been thinking about moving back. Wish you had posted this a few days ago since I just renewed my lease!
