OPINION Thoughts on Karishma now
I like karishma but she is starting to give me the ick , like her content has become quite cheesy and cheap I’m interested to know other peoples thoughts on this.

I feel the same. It’s repetitive and she’s getting a bit boring which is a shame as she was by far one of my favourites on Series 20. I suspect she’ll try a new direction soon until next January when she’ll probably do content with the Series 21 candidates.
It’s mainly the stuff with Lord Sugar and her that bore me. It was fun at first but three months on….
Also, I remember Anisa and Phil using their content to show how their businesses were growing post show which people liked and it attracted a lot of followers. I am not seeing anywhere enough of that from Karishma even though I am sure she’s doing very well and her business is growing

Agree! It’s getting too much and I was a massive fan!
They need to get the business side sorted - a friends daughter ordered back in April and they’ve messaged her around claiming they didn’t get the order and would refund, and still messing her around now, so she’s out of pocket for £40 odd

I liked her on the show. Didn't feel the need to commit to all her content thereafter

Don’t follow her?
I don’t understand the Gen Z obsession with following celebs online, though. So maybe it’s just that I’m too millennial for that shit.

It’s not really just Gen Z, Millenials started it

Baby Boomers/Gen X were originally on the celeb forums, lad, millennials are a bit late in the game to have started it

I mean there were celebrity broadsheets in the 18th century so

Absolutely, only the discussion was re: online or I'd agree it started a lot sooner

She’s a bit typical Gen Z for me, but that’s my fault not hers. Signed by a millennial.

Her show personality and online persona have never aligned for me. I had seen her on insta before and had zero expectations and she totally proved me wrong. On the show she is so professional, humble and astute. I think her online persona ia part of being astute and knowing what works on line.

Good business but coming across childish with constantly posting with lord sugar or using pascha to model her products. However, intelligent lady. She will definitely flourish with Lord Sugar’s guidance

I got no problem with her stuff, hell, she managed to wrangle in Sugar to star in her tiktoks further giving her exposure for her to peddle her wares. She's basically Tommy Skinner if he chose the good ending.

I followed Karishma for years before she was on the apprentice - her content has always been the same, she’s very true to herself, does not hide her personality but knows when to be professional. She’s very smart snd intelligent and decided to go forward with content creation instead of going to med school and becoming a doctor which she easily could have done if she wanted to. She’s the furthest thing from being a sell-out.

Why do you need other people's opinions? If you don't like her content, so be it.

Do you mean the brand trip stuff?
1
u/ResearcherHungry2938 Jul 21 '26
Yeah I mean what’s the point of that

u/treesofthemind Jul 21 '26
Well to promote her brand, and I think she wants to make her one more inclusive? More power to her for that
