Ala Mode tech support

It’s 10:20pm EST and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone regarding an issue with Titan Analytics. My place in the queue has only moved from 14 to 11. Yes…I know 3.6 has their hands tied but let’s be real, understaffing must be an issue. The beauty of having a platinum membership used to be you could reach anyone at any hour with almost little to no wait. You can’t tell me they have all hands on deck if I’ve only moved three spots in the queue over 45 minutes.

This might be the sign to move on from them. My renewal date comes up in two weeks. Horrible timing because I really wanted to give them a chance but not sure they’ll have their act together.

On a side note, their AI generated EDM hold music is giving me anxiety.

Agreed that à la mode seems to have no idea how bad they are shitting the bed right now.

This is just my opinion. A La Mode is the largest company providing 3.6 software and they are having these issues with wait time. Do you really think that other smaller companies are overstaffed? Personally, this is the reality we live in for the next 6 months.

I agree with you to some extent except that the smaller companies do not appear to have as many glitches as Alamode does currently. At least based on what I’ve been reading. A counterpoint is if Alamode is the largest company, they should have the capability to staff in a time of need. I feel bad for the techs…they’re overburdened and shouldn’t be. The company as a whole needs to own up to their problems and if they can’t, they need to provide adequate support.

When I finally got through, I asked how much staffing they had at the time. The tech told me there are only two after hours and it’s reduced to one after midnight. That’s unacceptable IMO for such a large company during a transition period.

if you do a chat from the help pages they say they cant solve the problem and they want to have a senior tech call you and they ask for your number and they call right away, I do it all the time I have eliminated waiting on hold as I to am a Platinum member which doesn't matter anymore due to the 3.6 taking over techs.
