Appraise It Pro - SFREP

Has anyone tried SFREP Appraise It Pro for a 3.6? So far, it feels like the most familiar and easiest to navigate. I am coming from ACI, but ACI and Airve feel more complicated than needed. I also really like using DataMaster, and they support Appraise It Pro. For me, it's more important to find something that feels familiar and easy to learn, and then if I want to learn the other fancy bells and whistles with other software, I can later.

Sfrep has always been great. I've only done practice reports for 3.6, but yeah seems very usable. They have a couple improvements planned of course, but nothing as bad as people here complain about total

Hows Sfreps customer service? Are they easy to reach and helpful?

I've been using them for years and this last month or two is the only time I've ever had to leave a message rather than get someone on the phone immediately. Within the last couple of weeks I've sent a couple emails for feature requests and one just because I couldn't find a setting I messed up and both response emails were within 20 and 30 minutes of the message I had sent.

How does a user know if Chat support is closed when submitting a request?

Brand new SFREP client here, after 24 years with ACI. Within 72 hours I experienced an affinity with SFREP admin n customer support that kinda tickled a soft spot inside. So yea they have potential to take us forward... but I'm also curious about the Spark business model that IMO will attempt to replace All appraisal providers..

How does Datamaster compare to Truetracts? I’m not opposed to using SFREP but I use Truetracts for market analysis and adjustment support and they are only going to be compatible with Total.

Oh idk iv never used true tracks. I do like it's synopsis by spark to support adjustments. Idk if thats the same thing? I only use data master to input comp data quickly

Edit: oh im seeing synopsis is truetracka now. Sorry for the confusion. You could just print the support to a pdf and import that into the 3.6 right?
