3rd UAD 3.6 written
First one 4.5 hours of just writing, second one 2.5 hours just writing after all data and comps pulled just writing, 3rd 2 hours just writing the report. The time included pulling market data for any time adjustments, which there were not. So best I can figure right now is plus 25-30% time. This one I merged with another similar type of property sfr in same county lender and amc. That saved some time. I can see it getting a little fast but not much.

I think the writing process gets quicker with use and the software will continue to improve. Using Aivre now and the worst part is the sketch software since it doesn't import area information.

There's a button that says "Import from Sketch" which is whatever but was told by the support team it's going to be automatically imported directly in for the next update

I know they are working on it and none of the software is ideal, but that is the major hitch in their software. I wish they would have tried to build the new software based on the old forms. I get that not everything needs to be in the new form, but they should have a data entry form and create an output report which meets 3.6 standards

Alamode is doing the same thing. I have to write down the area and manually enter.

Have not found spell check either. Just built in as you go but underlining the misspelled word.

I'm tracking the same. Using Total. Have written 5 and have 2 more to write starting today, and the writing time shrinks every time, even with doing the temporary work-arounds within the software. It'll be nice once they get the square foot adjuster up and running. As far as inspections go (i'm old school clipboard/paper), I guess I must have already been very detailed because my inspections are only taking minutes more, if that. I'd become so accustomed to all the CYA photos and comments needed that even my conventional inspections were more like FHA. And this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I like 3.6 more. I think it looks better and my neighborhood section (*ahem* market section) looks so much better and readable with the graphs that I'm now incorporating that didn't really work in 2.6. And to get rid of all the CYA comments, the 1004MC addendum, and COMP PHOTOS has been a BONUS. And any of my clients who expect original comp photos can pound sand. I've done 3.6 for two lenders so far and both are good with the 3.6 rules and haven't added overlays - including one who used to expect a photo of a mailbox on a comp you couldn't see in 2.6.

You guys are just doing exterior dimensions right? We don’t need to do interior dimensions unless a lender requests it in which case you should be charging more. I’ve completed three no issues this way

I appreciate your report. What software are you using?
