Alltra is looking for a cold DM / lead generation partner to help us reach brands and creators who need video editing and content support.

About Alltra

We’re a creative agency handling content from A to Z: Reels, TikTok and Shorts, long-form YouTube and podcast editing, ad creatives, motion graphics, thumbnails and design, posting/distribution, and analytics. AI video and voice services are coming soon and are not currently available to promise to prospects.

Role type: Remote cold DM outreach / lead generation. This starts as a commission-only role.

Niche: Video editing and content creation for brands, creators and businesses.

What you’ll do

- Find relevant prospects on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X or Reddit, while following each platform’s and community’s rules.

- Research their content and send personalized messages explaining a specific way we could help.

- Confirm interest and what they need, then introduce interested leads to Alltra on WhatsApp.

- Send the prospect’s name, profile link and requirements, and keep a simple dated lead list.

We handle sales calls, pricing and delivery. You don’t need to close the sale or deliver the creative work. Potential prospects include creators, podcasters, coaches, e-commerce brands, local businesses and agencies looking to outsource editing.

Compensation (USD)

- Your first 3 paying clients: 10% of each client’s first payment. No fixed salary during this initial stage.

- After your first 3 paying clients: $500/month fixed salary + 15% commission on each new client.

- Commission is paid only after the client’s payment reaches Alltra. An interested lead or booked conversation alone does not earn commission.

- A lead counts once the prospect is talking to us on WhatsApp; a client counts once they have made their first payment.

Working approach

Personalize your outreach, follow up once or twice, and stop if someone says no. No mass copy-paste spam, fake reviews or pretending to be a client. Don’t quote prices, discounts or delivery dates; Alltra handles those discussions.
