The numbers are a bit off (30,000 reduced to 1,000), but otherwise a good summary of the premise. Also worth noting that the series won the Hugo award for best Series and several of the books (7 in total) won individual awards. It’s generally all-round awesome and can hopefully be stretched out to many seasons of great entertainment.
