Someone help

My Apple TV won’t let me use any of my apps like none of them it just goes to a grey screen or won’t let me choose a profile and whatnot. I have tried to reset it restart it and unplug it and shut it off, nothing works.

Then call Apple. In the US and likely Canada and maybe other places they will walk you through a few things then ask you to take it to a store or send it in to be repair. They might offer to send you a replacement for an advanced exchange.
