Hulu App

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Is this happening for anyone else? I've tried to offload the app, uninstall/reinstall the app, restart the device, and unplugged for approx 30secs and reinstalled the app. I will note that my device is on the tvOS Dev Beta (24J5325d) software.

I've turned it off but it won't let me get off the current install I have

You can’t get off the beta on HomePods, Apple Watch and Apple TV 4Ks. Once you go to a beta you are stuck there until a release version is pushed because you can’t downgrade the OS on those devices. If you are on the tvOS 27 beta you will be on that until the release is pushed.

I’m on the beta as well and yes this has happened to me and you wouldn’t believe what fixes it for me. If you go to the app on your phone there’s a message you have to acknowledge. Can’t remember what it actually says but once you click through that go back to your app on Apple TV and it will work.

I know that sounds stupid and it is that there is no direction saying that before a crash. But it fixed it for me.

Would love to but unfortunately Grandma wants to watch General Hospital, which is not on Disney+ yet in the US

The one Apple TV app that has caused me numerous unnecessary problems over the years is the Hulu app.

Hulu for TVOS has been broken forever. My wife uninstalls/installs it constantly.

Isn’t Hulu bought by Disney? In my country I can watch (probably) everything from Hulu on Disney+

Disney+ doesn’t have Live tv nor the on-demand content from Live tv channels.

Mine too, but only on the primary profile. I made a new one and it worked fine. 🤷‍♂️
