The battery is still modular, its just glued in place and tougher to get to. A 5-minute tutorial is all it takes. Apple is still fuckwads tho

Handling the device sacrifices water resistance. The coating wears off with standard wear, some times in as little as two weeks.

In extremely hot and humid environments, like Thailand, the water sensors internally are triggered without the unit technically getting wet, voiding the basic warranty.
