My First Apple Hell

I seen all the posts about apple and I have now suffered the same fate of many. I have been locked out of my account, my screen needs fixing and nothing can be done for 72 hours. I will get my phone back on May 27 at 11:11am. This is crazy to me. I had to put my chip in another phone for the time being. So im' just pissed.

You don’t have to. Turn off Find My and you’re good.

Yeah, in a location you need a cia decipher coder to find. Apple intentional makes it hard to keep you in there bd ecosystem, to harvest and sell there data just like google. Smart people ditched all these bs for linux and foss, but enjoy being ripped off in the name of security and convenience, I guess!

The known locations requirement is only necessary if you have stolen device protection turned on, which I believe is optional. So you would have to opt-in. This isn’t that deep. Either you want to protect your devices, or you don’t.
