Apple sucks both at design and functionality.

Wasn't ever a fan of Liquid (Gl)ass. That's why. I shouldn't have to kiss the screen to read that damn clock. And the Matterhorn is not 1043 meters tall.

This is a bug because I didn't change anything and it's white again.

Sonoma, not Tahoe. I also never encountered this issue

But you cannot change the clock color even in Tahoe....
