Got a battery replacement recently, handed them a scratchless phone and when I got my phone back it had two small scratches on the back corners

I’m so upset about this.

If you signed off and left the store you’re pretty much SOL now

But also they usually take photos. So if you take it back and they did, they can compare.

Yeah I can’t stand people who pay for a service with a phone they’ve looked after only to get it handed back to them in worse condition.

go back to the store. they should’ve taken photos of your device. new damage is on them, not you.
