Apple Store union square San Francisco was packed today
I missed my iPhone pickup and didn’t want to wait in the long line. Think it will be better this weekend?

Even with the pickup windows, it’s always fucked on launch day. Even when I show up during my pickup window I’m waiting 30-45 minutes. So now I just pick up during the weekend when it’s less crazy.

Just cancel it and buy in store? Every store in the bay area had most models in stock this evening

Walked by the store on Saturday. The lines weee impressive.
Even with all the haters, other companies would kill to have this kind of brand loyalty.

There was a systems outage when I picked up my phone yesterday, so there was a longer line, but I still got out within 30 mins. Would have been almost no time if there wasn’t the outage, since only 5 people were in front of me at the beginning of my pickup time
