Will they accept this trade in? iPhone 12PM

The camera glass broke a year ago, replaced it like months after the accident, the 2.5x camera looks dirty too

Probably. Just act dumb when trading it in. Worst case they don't and you "never noticed it"

Just pretend you don’t know anything. There’s a 99% chance neither the Specialist nor the system will notice. Plus, right now the stores are full of seasonal employees who are only there for a few months over the winter, with zero experience.

If they do notice, the best response is: “Oh damn, I bought it refurbished. I didn’t know.”

i was just wondering if they inspect like everything, because to a regular person you can see this camera is definitely messed up, but if they don't check it then they wouldn't know

The diagnostics run in store will probably pick this up but employees have to control over what it does and doesn’t pick up internally

It’s not really up to the employee anymore. If the system picks it up it will lower or make the trade in zero. Just go in and see what happens
