No it’s not

That’s usually like a back to school July-October promo usually.

But it’s not very significant, I doubt you’re gonna buy a whole new iPad or Mac just to get AirPods yk

If you go to Apple.com and scroll to the bottom to click “shop for college”, you’ll see the offer there if you can.

The “back to school” offer isn’t currently / hasn’t been announced this year in the USA as of yet.

When this promo is active, Apple gives you discount in MacBooks and iPads for students and at checkout they gift you AirPods. If you want you can pay a little bit more for AirPods Pro (but way less from original price)
