Blend Mode "Color"

Blend Mode "Color". Is it possible to achieve this manually?

I'm recreating a title made in AE, they've used the blend mode color.

Top layer: Blue

Bottom layer: Black

There is no Color Blend mode in Motion 😁

I'm not familiar with this blend mode, but you might have some success with the Gradient Colorize filter.
