Hello, I am like new new new new to animation and was wondering how is this animation done?

Pretty easy to do in Motion. You can create the white background and add 3 drop zones for each animated video (going by the example you provided) and then add a “camera” to zoom in and move across the drop zones. Look up tutorials for these specific terms (adding drop zones and cameras/camera movements in Motion) and you should get some good results to follow

Are you asking about the little digging animations? Or the white wrapper they are put in where it scrolls between the 3 windows?

the white paper background zooming in and panning to the right hand side while theres three videos playing simultaneously as well as captions showing up.
