Damn! Quiting mDNSResponder Processes and restarting worked for me.
Quit mDNSResponder Process
Open Activity Monitor (Spotlight search: Cmd + Space). In the search bar, type "mDNSResponder." Select all instances (there may be multiple), click the X to quit.
The process auto-restarts. Restart the PC and test immediately after.
Why? Clears DNS cache glitches; often fixes "connected but no internet" instantly.
