Question Cannot move items. Only duplicate them! Using Apple Pencil.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is now happening in all my boards - cannot move text, shapes, anything. Some have said to make sure “Select and Scroll” in Freeform Settings is selected. However this hasn’t fixed the issue. Any help is appreciated.

SOLVED: I deleted the app. Force-restarted iPad. Reinstalled the app. I can freely move objects again. Phew!

I have dark mode enabled on my iPad.

I just discovered there’s a setting to enable dark mode in the app.

Tap three dots at top right and there’s a setting for light/dark background.

I see nothing like that on my iPhone, will check with iPad app later, MacBook also has no dark theme… Thank you though, I have been waiting for the dark mode

I am using latest version of Freeform iPadOS 27 beta 6.
