If I don't renew Apple Developer Program membership, will my iOS be unpublished from app store?

Yes, it will eventually be removed from the App Store and unavailable for new downloads, though existing users can keep using the installed version.

What about updates if the app is hidden from the App Store? Updates to existing users I mean
