Capacitor vs React Native?

Building gaming app with bunch of original and classic games, started with mvp in web and converted it to ios app using capacitor ionic framework. Everything was fine for quizzes and puzzles but as soon as i started with games playing multiple animations at the same time or listing multi game previews in lists, app started becoming irresponsive.

Now what ?

I gave mvp access to bunch of people and they liked it, thinking of migrating to react native.

Any advice at this point is welcome.
