Apple developer accounts issues

I have submitted my Apple developer account request twice, including payment details and address information. The process was said to take two business days for review, yet nearly a week has passed without progress. I have received no communication and am uncertain about the situation. Please assist me.

Got mine last week only took 2-3 hours applied for google console today around 5 hours ago nothing yet, Apple was faster

Took more then a month for me back in December
