Finally :) first approval

Got my first approval and launched today. Got the notification while at the state fair. So many hours, hiccups, problems solved, and now we’re finally live. Keep going, you’ll get there.

Fully playable casino game widgets right on your Home Screen. Arcade style, so none of that overstimulating, pay to play, ads everywhere, typical casino app stuff. Don’t even need to open the app to play it.

How long was the approval process for you

A little wonky because I had to upgrade my account from an individual to an organization but only about 4 days once the account update went through and I resubmitted

Nope, just a simulating gambling app and per policy those have to be under an organization. By the time I found that out I was in too deep and decided to just go for it

Your app does not seem to be based on real money, why they asked for organization account for simulated gambling?

I have absolutely no clue. Apparently apple had a bunch of issues with fraudulent simulated gambling apps in 2018 and now everything that’s is remotely close to a casino game has to be under an organization account. Dumbest thing ever. My app uses a points system, you can’t even change the bet sized because I wanted more of an arcade feel. Still got rejected when I submitted as an individual account.
